These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Heed and related online services at heed.tktcollege.com (the " Service"), operated by TKT College of Ministry ("TKT College", "we", "us").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Heed is the live translation and class companion for TKT College of Ministry students and faculty. The Service lets you join scheduled classes, listen to live translation, and access related college features such as chapel sessions and administrative tools where your role permits.

2. Eligibility and accounts

The Service is intended for enrolled students, faculty, and authorised staff of TKT College of Ministry. You must provide accurate information when signing in and keep your account credentials secure. Sign-in is handled through TKT Church's identity platform using your verified phone number.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to classes, accounts, recordings, or systems
• Interfere with live sessions, translation streams, or Service security
• Record, redistribute, or publish class content without permission
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with the college

4. Class content and intellectual property

Teaching materials, live audio, translations, and college branding are owned by or licensed to TKT College of Ministry and TKT Church. You may not copy, distribute, or commercially exploit class content except as expressly permitted by the college.

5. Third-party services

The Service may integrate with third-party platforms for authentication, live streaming, translation, or hosting. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and policies.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant uninterrupted operation of live classes, translation accuracy, or real-time availability. Schedules and session details may change; official updates are communicated through college channels.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TKT College of Ministry is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
